Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

At Animal Muscle Nutrition, your satisfaction and product experience are our top priorities. However, due to the nature of our nutritional supplements and for hygiene and safety reasons, we adhere to a strict cancellation, return, and refund policy as outlined below.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders once dispatched are not eligible for cancellation.
    If you wish to cancel your order, please do so before it has been processed or dispatched by contacting our support team at support@animalmusclenutrition.com.
  • Discount vouchers are for one-time use only.
    If an order placed with a voucher is canceled, the voucher is considered used and will not be reissued.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the consumable, health-sensitive nature of our products, we follow a No Return/Exchange policy once a product is delivered, except in the following rare cases:

Non-Returnable Conditions:

We do not accept returns for reasons such as:

  • Change of taste preferences.
  • Flavour comparison across different brands.
  • Stomach upset, headache, or other non-allergic personal experiences.

Please consult with your veterinarian or physician before using any product.

Eligible Return Conditions:

We accept return/refund requests only if:

  • The product is damaged or tampered.
  • The product delivered is incorrect or different from what you ordered.

To raise a return/refund request:

  1. Email us at support@animalmusclenutrition.com within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Attach the following:
    • Unboxing video (from seal opening to full inspection).
    • Clear images of the product, invoice, inner and outer packaging, and batch number.
  3. Do not use the product once a complaint is raised.

Note: We will require 48–72 hours to investigate and respond to your request.


Important Guidelines

  • Do not accept any shipment if the outer packaging appears tampered or damaged.
  • If your order is returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, contact our support team. Based on availability:
    • We may re-dispatch the product, or
    • Issue a store credit or voucher code as a refund.
  • No returns or replacements will be issued for damaged/tampered packages that have been accepted at the time of delivery.

In case your account is debited but no order confirmation is received:
